If you think that you’ve come across a technical error in the app, here are some troubleshooting steps that may help:
Clear your app’s unsaved data: Go to the top menu > Settings > scroll down to Clear unsaved data. If you cannot access the Settings page for any reason, you can try deleting and reinstalling the app instead.
Note: If you have any unsaved NC° data that you would like to save, make sure to write it down before proceeding with this step so you can log it again later on.
- Ensure you have the latest NC° app version.
- Ensure that your phone’s operating system is up to date (iOS or Android).
- Check our known app issues page to see if there is a solution for your technical error.
