Oura will only share sleep data with Natural Cycles (which includes temperature trends, HR, sleep length, and sleep stages). The Natural Cycles app will not get any period or cycle data from the Oura App.
For data protection reasons, Natural Cycles does not share any sensitive data with Oura.
This is a one-way integration, which means that any data you log on the Natural Cycles app will not sync back with the Oura App. Always refer to the NC° app for a daily fertility status.
However, if you contact our Customer Care Team to troubleshoot a technical issue with the integration, we may securely share relevant data with Oura’s team to help resolve the problem. For more details, you can view our Privacy Policy.
