Follow these steps before you start (or renew) Natural Cycles for coverage.
- Get a prescription: Obtain a prescription by either filling out this quick telehealth intake form (for $25) or having your doctor send a prescription to our partner Alto Pharmacy (electronically or fax 1-415-484-7058).
- Track your claim: Create an Alto account to stay updated while they submit a claim on your behalf and handle the insurance process for you. The Alto team is available to answer questions and share the status of your claim through their site/app.
- Redeem your subscription: If approved, you will receive a personal link to activate your 12-month Natural Cycles subscription, which will be fully covered.
