How do I purchase Natural Cycles using my FSA or HSA?
Natural Cycles subscriptions are FSA and HSA eligible.
At this time, you are not able to use your FSA or HSA card to purchase a subscription directly from our app or website. However, you can purchase a monthly or annual subscription on the NC° website and then submit the itemized receipt we send you for reimbursement through your FSA/HSA account. We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay for iPhone users, and Google Pay for Android users.
When you sign up for your Natural Cycles subscription, you will receive an itemized receipt via email. You can also download your itemized receipt by logging into the Manage your account section of our website > Billing > Receipts. Please confirm with your specific FSA/HSA what their requirements are for reimbursement.
Alternatively, you can purchase Natural Cycles on the FSA Store or the HSA Store online. Once the order is placed, a code will be sent to you via mail and you can add directly to your account.
