The most common reason this happens is that you’re trying to log in with an email address that is not tied to your subscription. Your subscription is connected to the email address you used when you first registered your account, so make sure to use that same email address and password to log in.
You can see which email address is linked to your NC° account by checking the receipt you received after purchasing your subscription.
I’m asked to select a subscription plan when I open the app
If you’re asked to select a subscription plan when you open the app, it’s possible that you were automatically logged in with another email address. For example, this can happen if you have an iPhone with either Face ID or Touch ID activated, in which case your phone will automatically apply an Apple ID email without allowing you to log in with your own email and password. You can see which email you’re currently logged in with at the bottom of the page, where you’re asked to select a subscription plan.
To log into the correct account, please follow these steps:
- Log out of the app by clicking on Log out at the bottom of the page.

Once you have logged out, you will see the following options on the app’s start page:
- Continue
- Already have an account? Log in. - Select Already have an account? Log in.
- Next, you will be asked to either Log in with Apple/Google or Log in with email. Please select Log in with email.
- Type in your email address and password.
I’m asked to create an account when I open the app
If the app automatically asks you to create an account, use the arrow in the upper left corner to go back to the screen where you can log in.
If you’re not able to go back, you can still enter your email address in the Create account section. The app should automatically recognize that you already have an account with us, and it will allow you to log in without having to pay again.

I signed up using Apple’s Hide My Email
If you created an account using Sign in with Apple and chose “Hide my email,” this would have created a randomized email address that is only linked to your Natural Cycles account. This address is unique to you and follows this format:
<unique-alphanumeric-string>@privaterelay.appleid.com
You can check this by opening the Settings app on your iPhone > tapping your name > Sign in with Apple > Natural Cycles. In this case, this is the email address you should use to sign into your Natural Cycles account.

I have paid with Apple, but the app doesn’t recognize my payment
If you have paid for your subscription via your Apple ID (in-app purchases), you may have to restore your subscription for it to activate on your Natural Cycles account.
To do this, please go to the menu in the top left corner of the app > My account > Restore iTunes subscription.
