Subscription Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for purchases of Natural Cycle subscriptions. Before purchasing our product, all users acknowledge and agree to the following:
-
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of the service and instant access to the product upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, regardless of usage or outcome.
-
Medical Device Classification: Natural Cycles is a certified medical device. In keeping with standard industry practices for medical devices, purchases are non-refundable once the product has been accessed.
- Understanding Effectiveness: Natural Cycles is clinically tested and provides science-based birth control. However, as with all forms of contraception, no method is 100% effective. The occurrence of an unintended pregnancy does not mean the product is defective. Pregnancy is always a known risk when using any form of birth control, and users accept this inherent risk when they sign up and pay to use the app.
If you have questions about how the app works, we encourage you to review our FAQs or contact our support team before purchasing.
