You can change your subscription plan at any time during your subscription period. Your new subscription will then start at the end of the current paid period. For the change to be applied, you need to do it at least 24 hours before the date of your next renewal.
For example, if you have a Monthly subscription that is set to renew on the 20th of January, and you decide to switch to an Annual subscription on the 1st of January, the Annual subscription will start on the 20th of January. The payment will be taken when the new subscription starts.
You can check the date of your renewal in the app under the top menu > My account > Manage my subscription.
To change your subscription, you will need to go to our website. Note that if you have purchased your subscription using In-App purchases, you will need to change your subscription via your iPhone settings.

How to change your subscription from a phone
- Visit our website.
- Click on the menu in the top right corner of your screen and select Manage Account (see below).
- Log in with your email and password.
- Once in your profile, go to Billing > Plan > Manage subscription.
- Select the subscription plan that you would like to switch to (Annual or Monthly) and click on Update subscription.
- A confirmation will then appear on the screen with the date of your renewal.
How to change your subscription from a computer
- Visit our website.
- Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the home page, and select Manage Account (under Support — see below).
- Log in with your email and password.
- Once in your profile, press Billing > Plan > Manage subscription.
- Select the subscription plan that you would like to switch to (Annual or Monthly) and click on Update subscription.
- A confirmation will then appear on the screen with the date of your renewal.
How to change your subscription from your iPhone settings (In-App purchases)
If you have paid for your subscription through the App Store (via your Apple ID/In-App purchases), you will need to manage your subscription from your phone settings. See Apple's description on how to change subscriptions here.
