Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes — you can change your subscription plan at any time. Natural Cycles is designed to support you through every stage of your reproductive journey, and your subscription gives you access to all app modes (NC° Birth Control, NC° Plan Pregnancy, NC° Follow Pregnancy, NC° Postpartum, and NC° Perimenopause).
If you’d like to switch between the Monthly and Annual plan, you can do so directly from your account settings.
When you change your plan, the update will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You’ll continue to have full access to the app until your renewal date, and your new plan will start automatically after that.
How to change your subscription plan
You can update your plan using the platform where you originally subscribed:
If you subscribed through Natural Cycles (web)
- On the Natural Cycles website, navigate to the Manage Account section.
- Log in with your Natural Cycles credentials
- Select Subscription to view your current plan.
- Choose the plan you want to switch to and confirm the change.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store
Subscription changes must be made directly through Apple:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name > Subscriptions.
- Select Natural Cycles.
- Choose the subscription plan you’d like.
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store
- Open the Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Natural Cycles.
- Choose and confirm your new plan.
