When you sign up for Natural Cycles, whether it’s for a Trial, Monthly or Annual subscription, you will need to cancel it if you don’t want your subscription to automatically renew.
Here are some things to keep in mind when canceling your subscription:
- Your subscription's cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Deleting the Natural Cycles app from your phone won’t cancel your subscription — you’ll have to follow the steps below to stop future payments successfully.
- Canceling a subscription doesn’t retroactively refund already completed subscription payments. In addition to that, previously paid subscription fees can’t be prorated based on your cancellation date.
- If you cancel your subscription, you can still use the app and log data for the remainder of your current paid period - you will see the date your subscription ends under Account.
- You can re-activate your subscription at any time - all your data is saved in your account (note: if your account is inactive for anytime longer than 3 years, all your data will be deleted due to GDPR regulations).

How to cancel your subscription from the Natural Cycles website (from a phone)
- Visit our website.
- Click on the menu in the top right corner of your screen and select Manage account (see below).
- Log in with your email and password.
- Once in your profile, press the Cancel subscription button.
- Once completed, you will see a new indicator showing ‘Canceled’ next to your subscription.
How to cancel your subscription from the Natural Cycles website (from a computer)
- Visit our website.
- Scroll all the way down towards the bottom of the home page, and select Manage account (under Support - see below).
- Log in with your email and password.
- Once in your profile, press the Cancel subscription button.
- Once completed, you will see a new indicator showing ‘Canceled’ next to your subscription.
How to cancel your subscription from the Natural Cycles app
- Open your app or log in through our web app.
- Tap on the menu in the top left corner of your screen.
- Click on Account, and again on your active subscription.*
- Press the Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the page.
- Once completed, you will see a new indicator showing 'Canceled' next to your subscription.
*Note: when you click on your subscription, if you are asked to manage your subscription through our website, please follow the instructions above.
How to cancel your subscription from your iPhone settings (App Store purchase)
If you have paid for your subscription with your Apple ID (In-App purchase), you will need to go to your Apple ID in your phone settings and cancel it from there. See Apple's description on how to view or cancel subscriptions here.
