Natural Cycles released worldwide updates to its Terms of Service in October 2025, which we encourage you to review in full in our Terms of Service.

When do the new Terms take effect?
The new Terms take effect on October 27, 2025.
Who received this update?
We sent a service notice to all registered accounts with Natural Cycles —even if you’ve unsubscribed from marketing emails. It does not mean you are a current paying Natural Cycles user.

Why did you update your Terms of Service?
We updated our customer support contact information throughout to make it easier to understand who to reach out to. We added information regarding billing and payment processes, including that you are able to manage these in your online account. We provided additional details about our subscriptions and the process for renewing and canceling your subscriptions. We provided information regarding the different modes that we use to make the Natural Cycles app great. We modified the Terms so they include any purchases you may make via the Natural Cycles Webshop. We also updated the arbitration agreement, which addresses how disputes are handled.

Do I need to agree to continue using the service? What happens if I don’t accept the new Terms?
If you continue to use Natural Cycles your continued use confirms your agreement to these updated Terms.
If at any time you decide that you do not agree with our Terms, you must cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription and stop using our Products or Services immediately.

Can I delete my account before the new Terms take effect?

Do I need to update my payment method?
No, you do not need to update your payment method.
