You can take your thermometer with you when you travel, so that you can keep measuring even while traveling!
It is okay to bring your thermometer with you through airport security, but we also recommend that you check with the airline that you’ll be using to be sure.
We'll go through the guidelines for measuring while you travel below:
If you travel across several time zones and experience jet lag, we recommend that you exclude your temperatures during the first 1-2 days. After you have adjusted to the new time zone, you should measure as usual when you wake up in the morning. Remember to always exclude your temperature if you feel hungover, sick, have slept less than usual, or have slept in.
It's also good to know that traveling can be stressful on the body, which means that it can sometimes affect your cycle. For example, it could cause delayed ovulation, and therefore, a bit more irregular cycles.
If you don’t have an internet connection while using Natural Cycles, you will automatically enter Offline Mode, where your data will be saved until you are back online again. Your fertility status will show in orange color and display 'Use Protection' for users on NC° Birth Control, and 'Offline' for users on NC° Plan Pregnancy.
