In the top menu, you will find all you need to keep track of your account. You can access the top menu from the menu icon in the top left corner of the app.
The first thing you will see is your Cycler Status, and by clicking on the arrow, you can find out how to get to the next level.
At the bottom of the menu, you can find links to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and regulatory information. You can also see your app version – we recommend keeping your app updated with the latest version.
My account
In the My account section, you can:
- Confirm or edit your email
- Change your password
- See an overview of your subscription and find instructions about how to change subscription plans or cancel your subscription.
- Log out of your account or permanently delete your account
Settings
In the Settings section, you can:
- Change your app mode (for example, from NC° Birth Control to NC° Plan Pregnancy)
- Change your app language
- Change the units you want to use (Celsius or Fahrenheit)
- Change how you want your calendar to look (ex: if you want the Cycle Days to be displayed or not)
- Customize your trackers and reminders
- Enable or disable push notifications
- Switch your app appearance to the dark mode
- Enable Face ID
- Manage the Apple Health integration and the Partner view, as well as your consent and permissions
If you recently started using the app, you can also adjust your answers to the setup questions.
My device
In the My device section, you can find information about your device.
You can also switch measuring devices by clicking on Switch device and selecting the new device.
If you use Natural Cycles with the NC° Thermometer Gen1 or NC° Thermometer Gen2, you will also find the measuring training there.
Buy extra supplies
In the Buy extra supplies section, you can buy any extra products that you might need during your Natural Cycles journey. For example, you can buy ovulation tests or a new thermometer if needed.
If you can’t find what you’re looking for in the app, you can also visit the NC° webshop, where we have a larger selection of products.
Help Center
The Help Center section contains some useful articles about how Natural Cycles works and our Instructions for use.
If you need help with troubleshooting, click on Help Center. You will be redirected to Cyclerpedia, a resource that contains hundreds of helpful articles.
If you can’t find your answer on Cyclerpedia, you can start a chat with Nat, our Chatbot, who is trained to toubleshoot and answer the most common questions so you can resolve your query in a few minutes. If your question is not something that Nat can help with, you will be redirected to one of our customer care agents, who will get back to you via email.
Lastly, if you click on Give feedback, you will have the opportunity to give feedback about the app and its existing features or request a new app feature. Please note that the feedback section is not monitored by our Customer Care team, so if your feedback requires an answer from us, make sure to reach out to us via Nat the Chatbot instead.
Refer a friend
In the Refer a Friend section, you can find your individual referral code and see how many friends you have referred so far. We write a bit more about our Refer a Friend program here.
