Shipment processing time
US & UK
Orders placed before 12 pm local time on a business day will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after will be processed the following business day.
In the US, orders are shipped with the service USPS First Class and the shipment is in transit for an average of 2-4 days. Other shipping services also partner with USPS. For example, UPS and DHL can transport the package initially and hand it over to USPS for the final delivery. We currently have 4 fulfillment centers in the US; Illinois, Texas, California, and Pennsylvania.
In the UK, orders are shipped with the service Royal Mail Tracked 48H, and the shipment is in transit for an average of 1-4 days. Most orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in West London, but based on inventory availability, we ship certain orders from our fulfillment center in Habo, Sweden, which will be shipped with Deutsche Post Packet Tracked.
Orders are processed within 2 business days from purchase time. Once an order has been processed, the shipment is in transit for an average of 1-4 days. Orders in Sweden are shipped with the service Postnord 1:a Klass Varubrev from our fulfillment center in Habo.
Orders are processed within 2 business days from purchase time. The transit time for shipments depends on the region, ranging between 5-20 days. Orders in Brazil are shipped with the service Correios economy service from our fulfillment center in Porto Alegre.
International Shipping Policy
Australia & New Zealand
Orders are processed within 2 business days from purchase time. Once an order has been processed, the shipment is in transit for an average of 5-10 days. Orders are shipped from Sweden with the service UPS Express Saver from our fulfillment center in Habo.
Orders are processed within 2 business days from purchase time. The transit time for shipments ranges between 11-15 days. Orders in Singapore are shipped with the service Deutsche Post Packet Tracked from our fulfillment center in Sweden.
Rest of the World
Orders are processed within 2 business days from purchase time. The transit time for shipments depends on the country, where it can range between 3-15 days; see below for more detailed information. Orders are shipped with the service Deutsche Post Packet Tracked from our fulfillment center in Habo.
There are certain countries that we do not ship to due to various reasons. The main reasons are;
- As a Medically Classed Device, customs issues may prevent our thermometer from passing border control.
- Available postal services in the location do not meet our shipping expectations or requirements.
- We have not officially launched in these countries and cannot guarantee a successful delivery.
Locations we cannot ship to at the moment are:
- Central and South America**
- Arabian Peninsula***
- the Caribbean Islands
** Except for Brazil and Chile, we can only send the Celsius basal thermometer, no webshop orders.

Shipping carriers and services are subjected to change without notice. Shipping delays are bound to happen that are not within our control. We work with our fulfillment partners and logistics centers to deliver the best-in-class service when it comes to your shipment. Due to peak seasons (i.e., holidays, etc.), delays may occur. We strive to proactively communicate any delays to our customers via email and other communication channels.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses (US Only)
We do ship to Military addresses, and below are instructions on how to fill in your address upon ordering. All Military Mail is treated as domestic mail, even if the destination is a foreign country.
To correctly address Military Mail, please include:
- Name of the recipient (rank/grade/rating is optional)
- Include the following:
- PSC (Postal Service Center),
- CMR (Community Mail Room),
- UMR (Unit Mail Room),
- RPO (Regional Post Office),
- APO (Army Post Office) or
- OMDC (Official Mail Distribution Center) number.
- For FPO addresses aboard a United States Navy or the United States Coast Guard vessel, use the ship's name and hull number.
- The recipient's Military Post Office Box number. It is unnecessary to add specific military formations (for example, "1/20 24th Infantry").
- When mailing to a DPO address, do not include the embassy’s street address or the recipient's job title.
- Include the APO and "state" designator (AA, AP, AE). Do not use the state that the distribution hub is in (FL, CA, NY). This may cause delays in package processing and delivery.
- The correct ZIP Code, preferably ZIP+4.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready to be dispatched from the fulfillment center. At this time, you will receive a tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier website, where you can track your package. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours before a status update appears. For more information on how to track your package, refer to the article Shipping Carriers and Tracking.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International shipments are subject to customs, duties, and/or taxes of the destination country. Natural Cycles is not responsible for any of the imposed fees to your order during or after shipping. Do check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
