The 'My data' tab is the place to go for you to overview your measuring habits and patterns. Each section in this tab will explain how to interpret the data you are shown.
The Data Meter - Keep track of your measuring
The data meter shows all data that you’ve added since starting with Natural Cycles. The data meter will rise with each new data point you log (temperature, LH tests, period, etc.). The more data you add, the more the algorithm will get to know you, which means that you will get a better experience with the app!
Directly below the meter, you can see how many temperatures and period days you’ve added this week.
If you click on ‘See More,’ you will be able to take a deeper dive into your added data and check:
- Your current and longest measuring streak
- The number of days you’ve measured during this cycle
- The total number of positive and negative LH tests
- The total number of period days
- Keep track of your achievements
Green Days - Keep track of your green and red days
Here you will see your percentage of green days. This is based on the number of red and green days you had in your last cycle.
Keep in mind that the more data you add, the more the algorithm gets to know your unique cycle, leading to more green days.

Temperatures - Keep track of your temperature readings
Here, you will find your temperature score, which is based on how much your temperature fluctuates in each cycle phase. The score ranges from ‘very unstable’ to ‘excellent.’
Click on ‘See More’ to see your average temperature and temperature variation for each phase of your cycle. You may receive a different temperature score for each phase.
If you have ‘unstable’ results, please review our measuring guide or practice with our measuring training. You can also have a look at this article about fluctuating temperatures.
