You can change your subscription plan at any time: you can switch from a Monthly subscription to an Annual subscription, and vice versa.
For the change to be applied, it will need to be done at least 24h before the date of your next renewal - you can check the date of your renewal under Account.
The changes will only be applied at the end of the current paid period.
Example: if you change your subscription from a Monthly subscription to an Annual subscription on the 1st of January, and your renewal date for the Monthly subscription is set for the 20th of January, you will only be switched to the Annual subscription on the 20th of January. Your Annual subscription will be pending until that date, and you will only be charged then.
Note: if you purchased a 6-month kit, you can also upgrade to an Annual or Monthly subscription plan. In that case, the new subscription will kick in once your current subscription expires.

How to manage your subscription from the Natural Cycles website (from a phone)
- Visit our website.
- Click on the menu in the top right corner of your screen and select Manage account (see below).
- Log in with your email and password.
- Once in your profile, press the Manage subscription button.
- Select the subscription plan that you would like to switch to (Annual or Monthly) and click on Continue.
- A confirmation will then appear on the screen with the date of your renewal.
How to manage your subscription from the Natural Cycles website (from a computer)
- Visit our website.
- Scroll all the way down towards the bottom of the home page, and select Manage account (under Support - see below).
- Log in with your email and password.
- Once in your profile, press the Manage subscription button.
- Select the subscription plan that you would like to switch to (Annual or Monthly) and click on Continue.
- A confirmation will then appear on the screen with the date of your renewal.
How to manage your subscription from the Natural Cycles app
- Open your app or log in through our web app.
- Tap on the menu in the top left corner of your screen.
- Click on Account, and again on your active subscription.*
- Select the subscription plan that you would like to switch to (Annual or Monthly) and click on Save.
- A confirmation will then appear on the screen with the date of your renewal.
*Note: when you click on your subscription, if you are asked to manage your subscription through our website, please follow the instructions above.
How to manage your subscription from your iPhone settings (App Store purchase)
