If you have an active subscription with us and having difficulties to access your account, you should first restart your phone and open the app again. This may resolve the technical error. If you still experience an issue kindly delete the Natural Cycles app and download it again.
This way the technical error may resolve itself since you are then making sure that you have the latest version of the Natural Cycles app downloaded, and also resolve any possible local issue.
Please note that all of your saved data will not be removed in any way if you delete your app. Your data and account are not connected to a specific device, therefore you can access your account from anywhere and find all of your data and your payment details there.
You can also try to use the website app, to see if this perhaps solves your technical error. It’s exactly the same as the mobile app only placed on our website. https://app.naturalcycles.com/
If this does not solve your technical issue then I would like to ask you to please provide our support team with which app version you have and screenshots as a reference so then they can assist you swiftly. To see your app version, click on the More tab in the app, scroll to the very bottom and click on Regulatory and you will then see your app version number on the very top.
