If you are experiencing technical issues is is best to restart your phone and open the app once again. This may resolve the technical error.
Please note that all of your saved data will not be removed if you delete your app. Your data and account are not connected to a specific device. You can access your account from different devices to find all of your data and your payment details.
You can also try to use our website app, to see if this solves your technical error. It’s the same as the mobile app only placed on our website. https://app.naturalcycles.com/

- Your app version on your mobile device. *
- Any screenshots or screen recordings as a reference.
- It is also helpful to send your device type (for example, Samsung 8 or iPhone 7)
- Your device OS version (for example, Android 8 or iOS 11).
* To see which app version you have, click on the More tab in the app, scroll to the very bottom and click on Regulatory, here you will see the app version number at the very top of the page.
