The 'My Cycle' tab is the go-to tab to dive deep into your cycle and its characteristics, as well as all your added data. Each view in this tab will give you a brief definition and explain how to interpret the data you are shown.
It is empowering to know how your body works and see if and when outside factors, such as stress, can impact your cycle. As you look at these statistics, you will be able to discover how your cycles compare to each other as well as to other Cyclers.
The colored words are what we call ‘tooltips’ - tap on them to read more.
The ‘My Cycle’ tab is divided into three different views: Cycle, Ovulation, and Period. Swipe left/right to access each of these views.
Cycle
The 'Cycle' view is a place where you can see an overview of your unique cycles. Here you will find information such as your average cycle length, as well as your follicular phase and luteal phase lengths, and much more.
Tip: Use the ‘Compare my cycles’ function to compare the graphs of your three latest cycles’ graphs.
Ovulation
In the ‘Ovulation’ view, you will find all the statistics related to your ovulation, such as average ovulation day and variation, as well as the number of confirmed and unconfirmed ovulations.
Period
The ‘Period’ view is the place to find all your period-related data, such as your average period length and period flow.
